Saturday 28th September - Graystone Skatepark, Manchester.
Coping is a new event which will take place in Manchester to raise awareness of mental health in skateboarding and promote personal wellbeing within the sport, which will include an appearance from members of the Skateboard GB Team and will culminate with a DJ Set from Mr Scruff.
The event will include various seminars in wellbeing, talks on mental health, physio and sports massage groups, art workshops and of course skateboard competitions which will take place as part of this one-day event. In the evening there will be film screenings planned and various DJ sets taking place, while skating continues in the park area.
10am - 2pm:

Skate Comp for under 16s, fun stuff for anyone and Storm® the park adults comp - £1000 cash prize to distribute
